Happy birthday, Dave! And what a wonderful tribute, Karen. It's been so long. Ever since the BC switchover, I've lost touch with so many old friends. I'm now digging through old posts of mine to renew those friendships. Hope you've been well.

Lovely Tribute! He is without a doubt, one of the great jazz musicians. Love his piano style.
